Fullmetal Alchemist - there are a few version… start with any of them but the Brotherhood version is my favorite.

Kekkaishi - was my favorite anime until I got hooked by My Hero Academia

Samurai Champloo - same people who made Cowboy Bebop

Samurai 7 - amazing steampunk in a sword fighting shogun era
