Exactly.. That is the area of math that interests me…and I dispute c as a constant for 13 billion years..( Can’t prove it )

C is a constant. I promise it is a constant. If it weren’t constant, the energy bands would be different in distant spectra. c has been measured to be constant for at least 13 billion years.
