Funny. I’m trying fire and ice. Heating pad and ice. I like the heat now because it loosens up the flow. Sometimes, often than not, my foot also feels cold. Good times.

Heat is supposed to encourage blood flow.

My feet are just normally cold, except on days like today when nothing is cold. I hate the heat.
