OT, I’ve recently ended up with a frozen shoulder. The good news is that it is usually a self limiting condition. The bad news is pain and stiffness for 1-2 years without medical treatment and for 12-24 months with medical treatment. Irritating.

Huh? It’s the same amount of time either way.

Either case, it sucks.
