I almost always have the visual symptoms before the pain hits. It’s an outline, curved like a circle on the left and jagged on the right, that’s blue and orange at the same time.

Mine was always more just white jagged edge with a white blind spot in the middle. And yes, the aura comes and then boom…headache and nausea.

Did you ever do a Google image search for migraine aura examples? Pretty big variety of auras?
