re: #240 Anymouse 🌹🏡😷
The last time I took a plane anywhere (Regina-Toronto, first leg of European trip), we were required to use check-in kiosks for Air Canada.
After total confusion for about ten minutes, it took three different staffers to check in my wife and me. The combination of using real printed tickets from a travel agent coupled with people unused to such technology because it doesn’t exist here means they had to pay a bunch of staffers to help us use the machine that they paid metric fuquetonnes of money for so they didn’t have to use staffers.
The airline I use most does most of its business by self-check kiosk, and has a human-run line for special cases like yours.
