Yeah. I just watched that video and figured out his name just now. Thing is that the can make more money this way. If they pressed charges the whole thing would fizzle. Instead, they now have their road show.

I think these idiots are really damaging their credibility, even further. Sure, a lot of right wingers don’t care about the truth, but notice that the main news channels pretty much ignored the whole Crowder punch story. They know better than to trust a third-string Breitbart clown, especially when his video “evidence” is so obviously edited. The most common reaction I saw on Twitter to this story when it broke was extreme skepticism, because the source was a laughably obvious right wing operative.

And now that the New York Times had a “blog” post about it, this last stunt is definitely not going to improve that negative image. The right wing news sites have become a total joke.
