Attacks on Guam would be a logical part of NK war planning.This scenario has always been assumed by informed observers. The only thing new here is the NK propaganda mill’s willingness to discuss it in public. Guam has probably been a target since NK first acquired sea-going submarines in the 1950s. In those days, it would have taken the form of mine laying and suicide commando attacks along the coast. Today it would be a bit different.
