No, he really didn’t do the bare minimum. He stood against Republicans in a state that has been willing to elect people that will destroy their state.

I will add that the Republicans who decided not to murder their constituents deserve credit for that, but even for them it shouldn’t be that hard a vote. The ones who were willing to vote for absolutely anything the GOP leadership put in front of them, otoh, don’t even clear the bare minimum of what we should expect from our elected representatives.
