We haven’t talked much about Kathy Tran but she got elected to my grandparents former district. Fascinating lady. She came to this country as one of the “boat people”. She graduated from Duke and later got her Masters from Michigan. She’s spent a lot of her career advocating for immigrants. So this is another awesome person we’re going to see in Richmond this January.
