Kavanaugh absolutely assaulted Ford. There’s no doubt in my mind, because her story was far too believable. They knew each other. She isn’t confusing him with anyone else. She knows what he did.

I ALSO believe that Kavanaugh’s well established history of being such a heavy drinker and a sloppy, fall-down drunk means that after the assault happened, he continued to drink with his buddies to the point where he passed out and blacked out. Again. That’s why he’s so adamant that he’s being falsely accused. He doesn’t remember the night at all. And honestly? That makes everything WORSE, not better, because it means he acted like this all the time. It was entirely routine for him.

In any event, he proved he’s unfit for the Court. And Republicans have proven their total moral bankruptcy as a party by continuing to support him and continuing to attack Dr. Ford and his other accusers.
