David Tennant marries former ‘Doctor Who’ co-star Georgia Moffett

David Tennant married his former Doctor Who co-star Georgia Moffett in London yesterday (December 31). The couple, who have an eight-month-old daughter, tied the knot at an undisclosed location in the capital in front of close friends and family, reports the Sunday Mirror.

The pair met when Moffett played the daughter of tenth Doctor Tennant in a 2008 episode of the hit BBC sci-fi show. In the episode, titled ‘The Doctor’s Daughter’, Moffett’s character Jenny is created from a tissue sample from the Doctor’s hand.

Coincidentally, Moffett is also the real-life daughter of Peter Davidson, who played the fifth incarnation of the Doctor in the early 1980s.

The whole plot is so twisted it could itself become a story-line.
