No, because I’m kind of annoyed at how much conversational space the whole topic is taking. It’s nowhere near my top ten list of priorities.

I’m annoyed we have accepted that ruling on relevance too easily, it’s a more foundational question on this whole thing. And since a major author of the Patriot Act is against the broader view it is no less deserving of a hard look, in public. You can dismiss him over his party or you can think him relevant as an author. Or you can ignore him and just look a little harder. I understand we have to have priorities, I’m appealing to the readers here overall not just you.
