After Trump talked about Pres. Lincoln last week, it seems that his supporters are engaged in an all-out push to try to make it appear that Trump is upholding Lincoln’s legacy. The two presidents are nothing alike in temperament or governing style, but I doubt it will stop Trump supporters from continuing to link the two. I’m also wondering why some *ss who helped plan the fundraiser at Mar-A-Lago last weekend thought it was such a great idea to make a poster of Pres. Lincoln wearing a MAGA hat. Money does not buy class which is why I think Trump has had such a difficult time with his many attempts at gaining the acceptance of other wealthy New Yorkers.
