Any tennis people here? My teenager has broken his strings 4x in the last 18 months. H
e has a generic racquet that we bought at Dicks (a Wilson’s Federer line) so that he could play on his high school team. We’ve already paid more in restringing than the racquet cost to begin with. Is it his play? Is it that it’s a crappy racquet? Would he break strings less often with a better racquet?

I am an ok player. I play with him. I’ve never broken a string.
