It’s really unfortunate. On the flip side, it’s why I’m cautiously optimistic for 2020. I still think HRC was the right choice but we shouldn’t discount how many people were eager to vote against her. And despite that she still did win the popular vote.

Enough people - in the right places - were convinced that they did not need to vote for her (or vote at all)
