Expulsion from Congress requires a 2/3 majority to do it. Gosar is safe.

That said, bringing up an expulsion vote might force the Republicans to actually go on record with a vote saying they don’t consider veiled threats sufficient reason to expel a member.

On the other hand, GOP members might dislike him enough that enough go over the line to vote to eject him.

He would have to get caught actually murdering someone before they would go that far…
