It doesn’t matter if I accept the ruling or not. The courts aren’t going to change their mind because I get irate. The court will change its mind when another conservative or ‘classical liberal’ on it gets replaced by a progressive in the mold of Sotomayor. Then we may really have a working affirmative right to privacy.
