The “Spice” is the most dangerous drug on that list. The original product was pretty safe, just a little more habit-forming than real pot. As safe drugs like JWH-018 got banned, they’d switch to other drugs. Eventually they ran out of reasonably safe options and chose to stay in business while poisoning people.
