Because she’s so young, there’s a possibility she could be in Congress for the next 40-50 years (or higher, depending on how she does and how popular she gets/stays, especially nationwide).

She is conservative Republicans’ worst nightmare writ large: she’s a very public reminder of the browning of America and that old white guys running the country are still on-track to become an endangered species..

I cannot easily explain how unconcerned this old white guy is about that eventuality. It’s about fucking time.
