I actually to be honest did not know this. It was honestly a hypothetical. I very much doubt Rubio was involved in any way with what his sister’s husband did. Seems like there is a fair age gap between Rubio and both his sister and his brother in law. However, he does seem to have dismissed it in a way that if he were a Democratic candidate that the media would have never let him. It’s not like his brother in law was the friendly neighborohod weedman.
