OT - when can we order the cookbook, or did I miss something?

I’ve ordered a copy to look at to be sure it’s OK before opening it for sales.
You can order now if you want, but I would suggest waiting ‘til I’ve checked it out, so if there are glitches we can fix ‘em.
Problem is the mailing of these takes a long time. I figure I should have it within next 3 weeks (ordered 2 weeks ago)
