A few grand for water is wasteful, but small potatoes in the scheme of things. I was ordered to piss away 10 times that amount when my Navy division had money left over the end of the quarter. We waste billions every year, so I don’t get worked up about a grand or two.

That’s the first thing I would change in how government spends money.

But, then, I’m a conservative. Unwelcome everywhere.
