I have 2 kids, and 2 grandkids. Walking up to a child and waving my johnson at him or her is hardly the same thing as prancing around naked or partially naked, and the difference is in the intent.

I still want to know what harm seeing a naked or partially naked person does to the child.

And I’m not talking about somebody who walks up to a kid and purposely waves his penis at him, because the penis waver may have intent beyond showing off his dick.

See the new San Francisco nudity law which went into effect on 2/1. Even they finally had enough.
