By Saturday I seem to hit my fill of Trump news. I mean geez, where is the positive moment? A break from disaster? Anyone else doing a no/low Trump Sunday?

For us it’s brunch then Guardians Of The Galaxy over at one of Hollywood’s great modern theaters. Not interested in 3d, so seeing it in one of the Atmos sound theaters. Did I say not interested? At this point I’m avoiding 3d showings entirely. The look from 6k and 8k cameras taken down to 4k for the theater is a great look given capable DP, cinematography people. For those interested Guardians was shot with Red cameras and Leica glass.

Red of course is almost a household brand, especially the Red Epic. Funny story, always the edgy marketeers, they named one model the Red Weapon. Instantly making that model extra problematic to ship or travel with across international borders. Imagine explaining that to customs, law enforcement, anyone that check the paperwork from the airline, the pilot… through a few not allied nations?
