It’s improving real estate that works the best if you’re looking to launder money.

Interesting point, I wonder if the value of, say, taxi medallions, has been declining of late due to the decreased opportunity of actual cash in the cashflow (I use my card to charge taxi rides about 3/4 of the time at least: and in systems like Uber the financial-transaction part of the ride is completely “automated”)?
