Despite Carson’s wacky assertions about the Great Pyramid, why didn’t he make Carson Surgeon General or something?

I mean, FFS, Carson’s literally an M.D. And as I recall, a gifted pediatric neurosurgeon.

Or even HHS. I wouldn’t have supported on principle but HUD? May as well have me teach a class on Advanced Physics. There was no logical reason to give Carson HUD and he proves it daily.
