The lower court ruled against them. That said, the same day the ruling came out of that court was the day the intelligence services said that our elections were interfered with.

I doubt the Supreme Court will overturn the election myself if they even hear it (less than 1% of cases presented to them are actually argued before the Court), though surprising rulings have come out before.

Even if it went to SCOTUS and they miraculously ruled in its favor, it would create chaos as there is no constitutional provision for a “do ever” election at all. We would have literally no executive branch and any action taken from that point would be viewed as illegitimate by someone or another and it would be in the federal courts forever until the whole shit show collapsed into civil war.

This is a BAD idea all around.
