Due to the microclimatic wind conditions atop my hill, the snow has piled as a 3’ drift on my walkway and it’s creeping towards my front door as more comes down.

In other news…still making Georgian food.

I’m doing the stew tonight, minus the celery leaves because I drew the line at buying celery just for the leaves. I figure I will add more of the others and then a little bit of celery seed for the flavor.
