The failure or inability of a party to a contract to perform a material term of the contract is a breach of the agreement and grounds for termination of the agreement. It is also likely fraudulent inducement to tell someone you can do something, negotiate a contract for that, all while knowing that you cannot perform said acts.

What do you want to bet nothing will ever be done legally because they all knew it was just for Trump favor and nothing more. Everyone is just nervously toe-tapping right now because they know they have been caught.

What I hope is ATT and Novartis realize the only way they can look good to the public they count on is to start talking and give up the details.

Also, I bet there are other such ‘deals’ with major players that wanted in on this setup. They are probably hoping it doesn’t come out, but it may be too late. Those raids on Cohen and most likely Manafort got the goods.

Muellers people are still doing the connections on Cohen and once the woman who is going through all the records determines what is good to be used by the prosecutors more is going to be coming out.

Trump did say he would never be on the take and listen to lobbyists…that was Crooked Hillary stuff. No, he would go the old fashion route…The Mob shakedown with the traditional bagman doing the collections and reporting back to The Don who was in and needed political ‘protection.’
