The usual amount: The GOP playing the “Those undeserving bastards are stealing your tax dollars!” BS intended to serve as an excuse for the heartless shit they want to make happen. The idea is that if “only” 1/4 of the population is inconvenienced, then the other 3/4 somehow benefit from the ACA being repealed.
