This has honestly been the most depressing week in a goddamn while. And still, yet still, the media continually treats the right wing as if they’re the only viewpoint worth considering ever and everyone else is suspect. The impenetrability is worse than ever, even as it becomes clearer and clearer that Trump and the GOP are turning us into a country based on cruelty, exclusion, and hate. Apparently, that’s the only America worth believing in according to the press.
