Guy says he has the solution to a problem in his head. People ask what the solution is, he says shut up, vote for me and watch. People vote for him, he wins, everybody watches. He rolls out a pallet of papers arranged to look like they have words on them and says he’s hard at work. Some people point out that the paper is blank, everyone else says to give him a chance. Nothing happens. Nothing happens. Nothing continues to happen. Four years go by, nothing happens in any of those years.
