placing his hand on Hugo’s shoulder or upper arm is a dominance/submission thing…… Obama does it to everyone to assert his dominance. As far as I’m concerned, anyone who does this is admitting their own insecurities…. by feeling the need to explicitly establish themselves as dominant….
