No you can’t. I think the racism revolving this whole episode is packed a mile high. However, legally, you need evidence. The only evidence is a yet unidentified word uttered in the cell phone recordings. Unless there is other evidence unknown to me that’s the sole piece of evidence that could use. The best route for prosecution would be to invalidate the application of the SYG law as applied here; shoot for a 2nd degree verdict; but rest on manslaughter.
