Anyway, a really good bartenders blog. I got lost there for a while and feel I need a to go mix up a cocktail, like right now.

Think I will go with vodka, cucumber/lemon water, mint and ginger beer.
Or…maybe a mojito.

You know what’s a good and simple drink, ginger ale and whiskey with a sprinkling of lime. Don’t know the official name for that but I called it an O’Malley after an Irish woman named Grace O’Malley who was pretty much Queen Elizabeth’s Irish counterpart.
