In my little discourse on game shows I left out my prattling on about the magick of words.

Many of the game shows are centered around words - either being able to identify words, or to be able to recall specific words or speech patterns.

If you observe the audience responses (knowing that they are often prompted), audiences react to words. The more familiar a word, the more of a response.

Words are triggers. Part of the defining characteristic of our species is the evolution of language. Language is a significant, perhaps the most significant, element in what makes us “human”.

Anyway, be aware of the magickalness of words.

Never tell anyone your true name. It gives them power over you.
