Perfectly illustrates the contrast between conservative and liberal values. Rich was allegedly a scammer and a tax cheat, someone who abused money and property. Arpaio abused people in all kinds of horrible ways. No wonder the cons are horrified by the Rich pardon.

Arpaio was endorsed by a Presidential candidate last year… but not the one who won.
