OT, I’ve recently ended up with a frozen shoulder. The good news is that it is usually a self limiting condition. The bad news is pain and stiffness for 1-2 years without medical treatment and for 12-24 months with medical treatment. Irritating.

I had that - went to a physio for about 3 months (stopped going when we were flooded out and the physio’s office was destroyed). She did little or no manipulation - that was painful so I objected - but gave me some arm exercises which were amazing in their healing. I kept doing the exercises and about 3-4 months later realized everything was back to normal. (Felt like it happened overnight??) So less than 12 months & if I’d kept going to physio may have been quicker. Hope you have a similar experience - my doc & physio said no to any major intervention/treatment.
