Here, baked porkchops dredged in seasoned flour and parmesan/romano cheese, with southern style green beans, diced red taters and slivered almonds.

It’s CHEAT DAY here at casa klys so we have started by splitting a feta veggie quesadilla and getting swirl margaritas from our favorite Cali-Mex place that is doing their best to treat their employees right through all of this.*

There’s some possibility that we might go in to get takeout from the local steakhouse too. This might be influenced by the 6 serving cocktails-in-a-wine-bottle they’re offering.

* Markings on the floor for customers to stand on while they wait to pick up their orders, masks and gloves for all the employees working, sanitized versus used pens, etc. Plus they’re managing to stay open and do a pretty brisk business and that gives the employees they are able to bring in a job. I tipped super well.
