Saying “a morbidly obese person should not take medication X because it might kill them” is in no way, shape, or form fat shaming. It’s stating a medical fact about a situation that is happening.

I’ve stayed out of this one so far because I used to be morbidly obese and am right on the verge of having a “normal” BMI now so I understand both sides of this thing.

Body image is intensely personal and it must suck for liberals who are struggling with weight right now on top of everything else to have their bodies indicted alongside Trump’s.
