So, here we are after 25 years of falling violent crime rates, and 8 years of falling rates and falling numbers of undocumented immigrants, and this it the time when we decide that our police and ICE agents have been too shackled, and need to be given a looser rein to conquer all the lawlessness represented by falling violent crime rates and fewer undocumented entries.
