The guy wrote this article praising Scalia for his stance on civil liberties, of all things:

There’s acknowledgment and appreciation. I can’t appreciate anyone who says they would have voted to uphold segregation. I can acknowledge that Scalia had some blind squirrel moments. That make any sense?
