Listening to Cuomo again (He just can’t stop). He is saying all the things Trump should be saying - and I wonder if it is feasible for Biden to give such talks on a regular basis.

What needs to be done at each stage of the virus in each state. How things should be handled, who should be isolated, how to get the coronavirus growth rates down, how to stop the spread. Get an expert working on the campaign and at the briefings.

He has to plan all this because the virus will still be here in January, so would this be a good campaign strategy?

Right now, no. Trump and the media would turn this into “How Biden is running a second government” and would argue about how Biden’s plans would fail rather than focusing on Trump failing. Save that stuff for debates if it’s going to be talked about.
