I just got a notice from my Credit Union (dated SEPTEMBER 30th) saying they are changing their terms of service of and adding a mandatory Arbitration clause. The notice goes on to say that members can opt-out of Arbitration if they notify the Credit Union…by November 30th.

I walked a 401(k) rollover check that had to be cashed by 12/8 into my HR office on 11/4. The bank called yesterday, asking if that rollover was still planned to come through.
