Rudy is still quite popular in the New England states, Florida, California and (to a lesser extent) the Rust Belt states. The number of delegates those states will garner should offset the heavily Neo-Confederate base in the South and the anti-immigration faction in the Southwest.

I don’t recall Rudy winning any of those states back in 2008 and surely he was more popular then. Sorry, his time has passed. He’s a no-go.
