I’m wondering if the French IC may have something to contribute: I’ve seen some speculation that - several major actors being supremely pissed at the Russian-based hacking/interference in their election - they are going to be going after the hackers bigly: and that they think that the folks behind the MacronLeaks crap are either the same ones (or run by the same handlers) who hacked the US elections last year.
Possibly big news if true:

I read that Macron is ready to go after the ratfckers big time, including Wikileaks and its Russian connections.
