- 48 Dems (incl. King and Sanders)

If two GOPers locate their soul and spine:

- 49 votes for trumpdon’tcare
- 50 votes against

If two GOPers merely abstain:

- 49 votes for trumpdon’tcare
- 48 votes against

*Now* it makes sense - assuming no GOP’er nays, you’d need at least 4 abstentions to kill the bill.

As far as I can tell, these are the likely “nay” votes at this stage (in rough order of “most” to “least”):
