The security guard is not a public figure. The standard for libel and slander is much lower.

If there was some way to let this fellow know he is being libelled by Chuck C. Johnson, he could sue him into penury.

Someone needs to do it. The idea that Chuck Johnson would write such a reprehensible thing on his Website is absolutely immoral.
