Yeah Carter’s not going to get this kind of send off. And I think that’s really unfortunate.

Problem is that BIll’s gonna get it too. And Obama will get his own brand of “Yeah, he was a good president, but not a great one” where they bitch that the ACA was an accomplishment but single-payer would have been better.
